Die PEDeus AG wurde im Sommer 2018 gegründet als eine Tochterfirma des Universitäts-Kinderspitals Zürich. Der Name PEDeus steht für «Pediatric decision support» – unsere Kernkompetenz. Wir haben anfangs 2019 das innovative, webbasierte Tool «PEDeDose» lanciert, dessen Software seit Dezember 2020 als Klasse IIa Medizinprodukt zertifiziert ist. PEDeDose unterstützt Gesundheitsfachpersonen in der Entscheidungsfindung bei Medikamentendosierungen für Kinder und sorgt damit für einen sicheren und effizienten Arzneimitteleinsatz.
